If you have employees working remotely, make sure they understand that they need to be working on a private Wi-Fi connection. This includes employees who use a coworking space. A secure network ensures all their data and information is protected.
Keep Software Up to Date
Having up-to-date software means all your systems are functioning properly and you can get your work done. However, updated software also improves your cybersecurity. If your software is out of date, it creates vulnerabilities on your devices that hackers can use to access your data, information, and devices. They can plant malware or viruses and they can steal your information. You should regularly check for any software updates. If possible, you can set up your software so updates will be installed automatically.
